Admission Guidelines for Session 2022-23

----------------------------- For Admission to Classes KG Onwards -----------------------------

1. Minimum Age as on 31st March “ 4 years for class “ KG

2. Minimum Age as on 31st March 5 years for class I

3. Documents accepted as address proof :-

(a) Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother / Father having name of child).

(b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.

(c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.

(d) Electricity bill /MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport is the name of any of the parents or child.

(e) Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

4. Total Seats in Class KG “ 40, (30 General Seats, 10 EWS).

5. Total Seats in Class I “ 40, (30 General Seats, 10 EWS)

7. For classes II to IX & XI “ Please fill the admission from & submit at the reception (applicable to all classes KG to IX & XI)

8. Other Requirements

1. Birth Certificate copy.

2.Three photographs of the child.

3. Vaccination / Medical fitness chart photocopy.

4. Photocopy of report card of the previous class (If applicable). Please Note Vide order dated 18/12/2015, this Directorate fixed the upper age limit for admission in entry level classes, which are here under the Link
